AI lip sync
Match a video to any voice track
Lip Sync takes a video of a person and an audio file, and generates a version whose mouth movement follows that recording. Upload both, choose from the settings currently shown in the tool, and review the exact credit cost before creating. The finished video is saved to your private library.
Available models, settings and costs are shown inside the product before you create.
Upload the clip you want to speak, then attach the voice track
How it works
From input to video in three steps
- 01
Add the video
Choose the clip showing the person who should speak. A clear, front-facing face gives the model the most to work with.
- 02
Attach the audio
Add the voice track the mouth movement should follow. The tool accepts an audio file alongside the video.
- 03
Check the cost and create
Pick from the settings currently shown, confirm the credit cost on the action button and submit.
Practical guidance
What makes a clip easy to sync
Lip sync works from what is visible in the frame. The clearer the face and the cleaner the audio, the less the model has to guess.
Keep the face in frame
Choose a shot where the speaker stays visible. Heavy motion blur or a face leaving the frame gives the model less to follow.
Use clean audio
A recording with a clear voice and little background noise is easier to match than a crowded mix.
Match the lengths
Line the audio up with the part of the clip you want to use, so the result covers the section you actually need.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to create a lip sync video?
A video showing the person who should speak, and an audio file with the voice track. Both are added in the Lip Sync tool before you create.
Does it work with any language?
The tool follows the audio you provide rather than a script, so the spoken language is whatever is in your recording.
Can I use a voice I generated elsewhere?
You attach an audio file, so any recording you own and are permitted to use can be the source track.
When do I see the credit cost?
After you add both files and choose the available settings, the action button shows the exact credit cost before you submit.
Start with the idea you have now
Write the scene or add your source image. You will see the available controls and exact credit cost before creating.
